    GM Master Cylinder

On a Pontiac/GM master cylinder which port feeds the front brakes and which one feeds the rears?

    What year?

I have a 72 Firebird formula and the larger pot at the front of the m/c does the fronts and the smaller one at the rear does the backs on mine.

Although the gm/chevy m/c my dad is using on his truck has a small pot at the front instead of the larger one for the front brakes.

Mine is off a 71-77 Bonneville as I am upgrading to discs. The larger port is at the rear and smaller one to the front. Kapri has informed me that it is critical which goes to which so I want to be certain before I plumb it in.

Hi Tim, only just back in and haven't even read your text yet .

Here's the link I was on about.

A picture of your m/c may help sort it out otherwise ?
