How Can you run a V8 Nowadays?

    Hi Guys,
I know it says in the intro to this section that even simple questions will be answered, so here goes.
Having been out of the Tri Chevy club for many a year and out of the sport for too many and also now living in Italy.I was considering the problems I used to have with filling up my 57' Bel Air and it's 327 with poor quality 4 star in 1982.What do you V8 owners fill up with at the pump nowadays as here in Italy you get just Unleaded and Diesel?

The 350 in my truck runs on the ordinary 95 octane unleaded OK. The motor has 9.5:1 compression and a lumpy cam. I have electronic ignition fitted too.
