Plenty of Plusgas & an airline.

If you can't be an example, be a warning.

Put a piece of wood , narrow bit of ply is fine. Airline blowgun pressed against the bleed nipple and blast some air in little bits at a time. When they come out the make a hell of a bang so be ready

As above plus heat worth a try although the pistons are probably in bad shape if badly seized. I usually heat evenly until spit just dances off the surface. There's probably an exact temperature but this usually gets it near enough. Advantage is you have to drink plenty to keep the spit coming.

I got a second hand pair (just unbolted from a car) off ebay from a nice bloke he also does seal kits and stuff. He's a 4 pot calipers nerd. I'll have a dig mate. Hang 5
