You wont find actual engine numbers of ford lumps from that era. The number you quote is a casting number. The first 'O' is more likely to be a 'C' or 'D', since all ford casting numbers begin with the year ( C for 60s, D for 70s & so on) So its either a '65 or a '75 casting.
The 'AE' means its a 289 / 302 from the Windsor plant, and the 6015 just means 'engine block'.
Not sure how much bigger you can bore; probably .040. Maybe +.060.

As Briz said first character is probably C if it's a 289.
Same casting number as mine which is a '65 289.

    C-1960's
    5-'65 model year
    A-full size car line
    E-engine
    6015-part number
    E-number of production changes(4)

With this casting number,it will have the 6-bolt bellhousing flange instead of the earlier 5-bolt flange as used on the 260 and early 289.
As far as I recall, recomended max over bore is +40.You may run into problems at +60.

when you bore to big on these the bores dont hold up and eventually crack, i think 40 thou might be the safe limit.
