What would be the best thickness Lexan to use for a rear screen?
Also, there seems to be a lot of different information on bending it. Will it bend into a slight curve cold?

50 shades of grey primer....
When I used to glaze fork truck roofs I would use 4mm and it would curve quite drastically from cold , 6mm isn't as flexible but will still curve over a larger area .
The truck was like this and had a window from mid roof to the front aperture

Think I used 4mm (acrylic!?) in my rear windows - glued in with silkaflex or summat. Assumed the gentle curve fine and still there 5 years later
