    Machine Shop

Anyone know of a good machine shop to machine a grove in a pulley to take a fan belt?
Near to North London if possible - I can't seem to find anyone using Google.
    Many thx.

Just remember the V in the pulley has to be a couple of degrees less than the angle stated in the spec of the belt.

I always find the plastic gauges like the ones from BSL a handy tool if you are identifying and copying a V for a pulley.

Or find a local guy with a lathe and a mediocre knowledge of how to make a round bit with a groove in it....
