Can somebody explain to me how you fit mk2 escort struts into a ford 100e.
I have asked so many people and i am getting so many different answers.
I was told i could retain the original 100e top mounts which i have now managed to do by getting a steel shalf machined. But i was originally told that they would be a straight forward swop that never happened.
Then i was told that if i fitted adjustable tcas from a mk1/mk2 escort again they would fit straight in. wrong again they do fit but the camber angle is way off the wheels may aswell be laying flat. Thats at full extention on the tcas.
Looks like the car off back to the future.
Has anybody got any solutions as to how i can sort this out. Do i need to fit a mk1/mk2 crossmember. Do i need a escort mk2 antiroll bar.
I do not want to cut any of my body work even in the engine bay as shes a pearler
