I've not got the crossmember or a arms etc for the cortina. Just uprights, hubs & brakes so the rest would be made to suit.

I only think about willys at the weekend when my name is Glenda

'Glenda' of course whatever you take out of the crossmeber you will need to take out of the centre of the rack not shorten the arms, this will keep geometry correct. A pop with 2.5" over size front wings (5"total) will measure 61" from wing edge to wing edge across the car that is if that helps (I measured mine, crossmember that is).

Yup That's why I didn't really want to cut this rack up as it's a new one. Never say never, just didn't fancy it

Yep, that's definitely useful. Just got to find out the measurements from when I had it all chucked together (and of course remember what I measured from )

You could easily narrow another rack. Capri springs to mind. Sell the Muzzy one to fund it.

Just found out some measurements from the old bug build and I *think* I worked out the wheel to wheel outside edges came to 56" or there abouts. With some better offset wheels I reckon I could knock that down another 1.5"-2" per side.

Quite a few US pop owners all use mustang II ifs on their pops with the wheels tucked in nicely.
