    MGB axles/brakes/suspension front and rear.
    2 litre engine.
    Tyres 265/70-15 and 195/65-15.
Rims - dunno, but i think theyre the same all round so theyre something 'in between' that can cope with tyres sizes ranging from 195 to 265.

Ok, as you go up on tyre size you go down on pressure . I'd try 20 all round as a starting point , probably down to 18 on the rear . You want to be looking at the amount of tread you have on the ground and how the profile looks head on. If it wears only in the middle the tyre pressure is too high , on the outsides only ...too low.

Another way is to draw a line across the tyre with a wax marker and then drive it for say 1/4 mile in a straightline and look at what's left which should give a pointer to pressure needed.

Sorting the tyre pressures will also soften the ride as it makes the springs work. Pressures also affect handling so ...gently does it until you are used to the changes.

You'd be surprised how much a modified Pop weighs.they start at about 850 kg or so and my old Pop ( originally built by Dougster on here ) with Pinto Efi /auto / Viva front / Anglia rear weighed in at 1026kg, same as a basic Sierra ? That had 14 inch rims and ended up with about 26 in the front and 20 in the rear . My lighter POS has 22 in the front on 155x15 and 16 in the rear on 275/70x15.

Just work one end at a time starting with the front ,by about 2 lbs at a time , until you are happy with it.
