Right I've managed to get my current pump to pump properly. I used an air compressor and blew through the pipe to the fuel tank and the fuel gushed out like a beauty. so problem solved there.
But now, low and behold I have another problem, I bought an electronic ignition kit to go in my current Bosch dizzy. Took my points and condenser off then tried to fit the new electronic ignition in place but it wouldn't fit. So I think they have sent me the wrong one. So I reinstalled the points and set them to 0.45mm and now the thing hardly starts and when it does it back fires and pops and bangs. I have checked the cam timing which looks ok fiddled with the dizzy all day today and can't get the thing to run right.
I am at a loss to what it is. The one thing I did notice when I first took the points out was that there was a washer wedged between the dizzy cam and the side, I just took this out and thought surely that shouldn't be in there. But that's all that's changed to be honest.
Points seem to be sparking good too, right firing order 1342 clockwise.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe the washer was a bodge for something.
    Any help????

    Hi,
Thanks for the offer, I have since bought an electronic ignition module to go inside the dizzy and the engine starts fine now ( so I guess the points or condenser were at fault ). But I have a fuel issue, my tank has crap inside and I need to clean it out, also not sure my facet fuel pump is ideal for my needs.
Anyone got an su pump or any pumps that are good for suction spare?
After the first drive I have noticed that the prop shakes alot when at speed aswell, so I guess it needs balancing.
Do you know of anyone that can do this locally bartnpenni?

Not sure of anyone who can do this locally but it may be worth contacting recoprop, i have heard a few good stories about their work and never a bad word.
As for the tank, your best bet if you can is to take it out to clean it. If you get stuck, give me a ring on 07884166686 and i'll see what i can do to help you out, i'll try and pop down if need be I have a couple of A55/A60 props if you end up needing any parts too
