    Pop Headliner

Trying to find out how the headliner on a 103 pop attaches to the furflex (new fitted) around the top of
the door shut....also how many headliner rods should the car have ??

would really appreciate it if anyone give me tips on fitting a new headliner

    Thank you

By furflex, do you mean the 'fanbelt type stuff' that is held behind tabs all the way around the door opening?

You should also have wooden inserts that run down either side of the windscreen, again, the headliner is tacked to this.

I did have a drawing somewhere that someone sent me (can't find it now I need it - typical!!!!)

9 bars seems to ring a bell, there are 2 very short ones in the middle that dont go all the way across, that much I do remember..!!!

Hope that is of some help at least!!!!
    Nick.
I thought thats how the headliner attached, but wanted to make sure...oh x 9 rods, I only have x 3 plus the
    x 2 short rods...

I have replaced the wood down the screen pillers..

    Thanks for the info Nick
