    Ok thanks.
A lot of things to think about.

I’ll price up the options I think.

    Thanks.
I was looking them up including his site which I always find good.
They are expensive for the dual alight.
In Europe a lot of the Isuzu’s sold used vacuum from a pump attached to the back of the alternator and a vacuum booster.
So I’m going Order one in the morning.
Then a vacuum pump and a vacuum switch.
I think the biggest issue then is getting all to fit under the floor as it’s quiet tight in the area around the m/c.

But fingers crossed it will fix the issue.
At the very least I’ll be eliminating that hydroboost system which I hate.

di transits had the vacuum pump on the back of the alternator too. they need an oil pressure feed from the engine gallery and a drain/return back to the sump to keep them lubed, not sure if the isuzu did also.
    neil.

Yes it does also. So I’m going for an electric pump instead for ease.
I must leave a few mm between the rod from the booster and the m/c to allow for expansion if I remember also?

    Ok great thanks.
    I removed the hydrobooster today.
I am going to crush it with a press :-)
Once I get the vacuum parts I’ll update you.
I will have to heavily modify the pedal box as the diameter of the vacuum booster means it will have to move away from the chassis by about 2 extra inches.
I’ll know more when o have them in my hand

    Awful system.
    Vacuum forever. Way less trouble.

If steeringbox or system springs a leak it affects your brakes and visa versa.
