    rover v8 ignition module

    hi all,
    i wonder if some one has any idea as to why my ignition keeps blowing modules. car ran fine for about a year and a half and now it keeps blowing the modules if its run for more than a few minutes.
    its a power spark dizzy off ebay. its driving me nuts know.

    You need a low resistance coil, less than 1.4 ohms, over that will blow the module and/or the magnetic pick up. maybe not straight away but far from home in the rain usually.

    Modern made in China ones are less resilient than old ones hence the issue now.
