    SBC Dizzy / Ignition recommendation

I'm looking for a reliable / reasonably price dissy / ignition set up for a street driven sbc. I've used MSD for the race cars but a pro billet / 6AL set up is more than I want to spend. I'd go with HEI but I just don't have room for it. So with that said can anyone recommend a set up ?

I've had the Pertronix setup in my vette for around 10 years, it's now in the Stude. Just as good as MSD but a fair bit cheaper and no box needed. I now have the ready to run MSD in the vette. Only because the old Stude distributor had a melt down and we stole the Pertronix from the vette whilst it was being sprayed.
if you do get the Pertronix remember the coil needs constant 12v so remove all ballast resistors (took me ages to find the stock one in the vette wiring...)
This setup uses the stock type smaller cap, not HEI.

I have the Flamethrower ignitor 2, coil and their leads. Best to call their UK number, nice guys.

That's a copy and paste of my dizzy and yours, there's part numbers in there for you to compare on summits site (can't be assed to copy page and upload it). Only difference is yours is a magnetic style trigger vs hall and yours is cast vs billet and ignitor 1 vs 2

I'd ring the uk number and chat to them about the differences, I bought it from the UK, didn't work out expensive.
