    sbc heater/water ports

    hello

    are these two ports on the back of a sbc manifold for water




    and if so ,can i come out of the pump for the heater and return from the heater into one of them or do i have to return to the pump.
    also what is in and out on the pump or doesnt it matter

    yes water, you can simply plumb the heater inline from one head to the other.

    as in not using the ones on the pump at all.

    "back in the old days" they would drill the rear of the heads and link them together for reducing hot spots in the heads, [normally the rear cylinders], with that manifold its been done for you.
