I've used the chrome with good results ( once on my Zeph ragtop !) but you need to get a decent brand as some of the chrome bleaches off within 3 years or so on the cheaper stuff. George Zodiac on here has used the A55 trim on his motor.

I've used the chrome strip on a roll stuff and, so far, it's great but it's only been on about 6 months or so. I think I bought it from Aldi, Netto or Lidl or some such emporium. It comes in 2 sizes, thickish and not quite so thickish. I'm not sure but I think the brand is 3M which I think is fairly good.

Oh yes, I like to use the correct terminology where I can! Just to re-cap; the product is from Lidl and it is made by 3M. I asked today and they told me they only have it in now and again. It sticks really well but as for how long it lasts, shine wise, I dont know.

P.S. The thickish stuff is 5m x 21mm and the not quite so thickish stuff isnt...
