I can't see the difference that would require different locks ?

Pop Browns used to sell both sizes of locks or they are plentiful in scrapyards !!

No legal requirement ref a rebody but they comply with BIVA regs for double locking anyway.

I’ve got suicide doors on the rear of my prefect, but for biva, they have to lock while in motion so as not to be openable from the inside, I’m using an alarm that locks and unlocks the rear doors after 5 seconds of starting the engine, hope that helps.
