    tyre sizes

Got some 10 x 15 wheels hopefully ( cheers Dez) but need to find some tyres which will make the width stand out, anybody know what the recomended size is on a 10" wheel , and can anyone recommend any suppliers?

i was jsut about to replt to the message you sent me, but i suppose its best to discuss it here- what do you mean by 'stretch'?
do you mean proper full on rim poking out by 1/2" tyre stretch, as is popular with VW owners and bosozuku style, or just the tyre looking 'square' to the rim edge rather than 'balooning' out?

    ive had 205/50 on a 10 before!!

square on to the rim or just under, i know it wont to be popular with some of the guys on here , but i'm just not into balloon tyres or whitewalls, its a bleedover from my chopper stuff.

somewhere in the 235-255 range then. 235/55 or 255/50 or closest avail. size would be good.

275-60's look really 'right' on a 10" rim. No stretch no bulge.

Seconded on the 275. They sit square on a 10'' rim.
