    v8 with edelbrock manifold what is the thread size for the temperature sender unit

    Hi every one im building a kitcar with a 3.9lt v8 and im looking for a new temperature sender unit for edelbrock manifold ?? or what is the thread size for the temperature sender unit so i can get a new one for it

    The chevy edelbrocks are 3/8 NPT if I remember correctly, you can get 1/2" to 3/8 reducer if required. The chevy engine also uses 1/8 and 1/4 NPT, mostly for oil passages.
    Does the Edelbrock website not have a spec sheet for this manifold?

    If it's ROver, it should be a BSP thread, measure the rough O/D and take off 1/4" for the size.

    1/2" BSP is 3/4" diameter.
    If I wasn't meant to go that fast, the pedal would only go half way!

    I just looked at a Rover manifold photo and could only see one hole which looked like vacuum source for brakes, is temp sender not in the head?
