Do you think i could put my truck on air rides.I would like to lower it.If it is possible what should i use, is there anyone who would do it.How does it lower it when its on leaf spring front and rear.Shockers on the front but none on the rar.It weights 2 and a half ton un loaded.

You can put anything on air........comes down to budget eventually.
The air is a spring, so you need to ideally do away with the springs you currently have. If they are multi leaf units you may be able to strip them right down to only a few. This will give you the lowering you need but at a cost. Any time I have removed leafs like this, I worry about wind up and positive location, so end up putting in some sort of ladder bar or 4 link set up.
Unfortunately one thing tends to have a major knock on effect to another.

I would slide underneath and see how much space you have between the axles and anything that they may contact when slammed. That will determine whether it is worth doing it or not.
