Cable tie rad fin straighten

Now get your secret weapon out, the plastic cable tie......insert it from the opposite side of the radiator and it'll push those pesky bent fins straight... but wait there's more...you can also work it like a sawing motion towards the tubes to get right in those places you can't reach !

Who did the Aluminium welding on the rad? ( sorry, cant help myself, im a welding inspector that cant switch off)

good idea, i normally use a little electrical screwdriver and that takes ages too.

Oh. Well in that case i hopefully shouldnt upset anyone by saying its not the best looking aluminium welding.

Laser Tools do small multi sided comb to do the same thing.

^ On the thread I got this from the guy had used one of those combs and still recommend using a cable tie.
