all the good stuff went long time ago either sold or weighed in for scrap, had loads of stuff myself, by all means have a mooch but i,l be very surprised if you come back with a car full of parts, the galaxie 500 i think is an ex pace car which ian fetched over from the states a few years ago, bodywork is fairly good or was, still worth buying

Pretty sure Plumpcars, aka Steve Hales will be along shortly with various links to a couple of the desirable items that are no longer at Mumberson's old yard. I remember going twenty odd years ago with Reg Chatwin when he bought his ex Us forces Dodge window van. Not much to see but ex forces surplus. Steve will confirm but I think a factory Ford lightweight and a Yenko (?) Camaro were long gone by then. I do remember that around the same time Reg picked up a nodular 9" diff from the American breakers in Birmingham, damn, can I remember his name? It'll come to me eventually.

there was a story about the 68 Yenko Camaro on a US forum,
the car went to the states after Ian passed on,
apparently, the Camaro was involved in a police chase in London many years back, the Camaro was a near new car then, obviously they could'nt catch it in the panda cars,
but the car was put away after that as it was too recognisable.

Now if you could just remember who the guy was that had the yard off Constitution Hill in Birmingham, who later moved to Aston, I'd be able to tell you where we got that nodular centre section from cheap!

Neil you're not far wrong there. I've buggered up the other leg now so bathchair is very relevant at present!
