does,nt sound good to me its the thin edge of the wedge. its going to happen soon you wont be able to do anything to your car
like some places in euope and you wont be able to repair it yourself , it take it the leak test is for the ac ? and what goes on about the towball
elect,s big brother is alive and well and is coming to a garage near you

leak spray is for lpg systems, towbar sockets have to be tested for wiring faults.

If you understand legal implications, then you will be able to interpret the following statement.

I had a dream not so long ago, In that dream, VOSA was for sale, a certain I.T. company was on the verge of doing a deal, but they didn't want to take over the disciplinary side of mot testing, so withdrew from the table.

ironically the next day, the I.T. company that runs the mot systems changed its name.

Hang on, they're phasing out MOT certificates? So when you're thinking about buying a car I presume you'll have to pay to use some online check?

Bought the wife a 58 plate Fiesta today. Did'nt need an mot till Jan 012, but they put it though to give her 12 months. Mot cert looks pretty much the same as the old one. Just checked too see what it looked like and noticed an advisory pinned to it. Twisted seat belt?
