    £10-12k is probably more realistic...and I really like it, always did. The rebuild looks fantastic, I hope he gets the price but form that much you can get a decent Mustang fastback.....not brilliant or in this condition but even so it's a mustang and this is a capri

    Thumbs upThe bailey bros capri.

    Yes Johny it was the bailey brothers from Gravesend that built it. It was a top car at the time with the best of everything on it. They was very friendly with the skinner brothers who are well known for drag racing with their little fiat 126's (Chevy powered). Chris with the red 126 was also known for his black mk 1 granada 'big n nasty' all the boys were regularly at the detling show n go and was part of the 'imperial roadsters' club. They are still very much in the scene with one of the bailey brothers building a mk 1 zephyr. What i must say is with all those body mods and fabrication on the capri, it certainly has survived the test of time, a credit to the the pair of them and all their effort! Gary.
