YOU supply photographic evidence before it is even accepted for test .
7 years ago when I had my BIVA there was only the photographs I took, no official ones. When it was taken to the DVLA local office for registering they took pictues then.
I never understood the need for a VIC check after going through the BIVA test. Of course the local offices are now closed and an independant company does them usually at your home, they took a reference photo for my last VIC check.
