Martin '63 Fairlane Sports coupe (v. long term project)
'66 Belvedere II convertible 440+6 (also a project, but not as long)
+ various '80's/90's classics
Incredible early pictures. wonder how the Ferrari went. Thanks for posting them.
Wow great pics... amazing how quickly 57 Chevy's gained a "legendary" status , only 11 years old and already a classic .
The Gordon Keeble and Lola T70 are cool too
KEN57 ,Ive seen pics of the Ferrari before, same meet or another one I don't know though.
Stitch, thanks for the ID on the Lola, Chevron would have been my guess ! The '57 running fenderwall headers hence 'Jardine' on the fender must mean it was more than just stock.
Also, I dont know how you posted the pics, I tried IMG but it didn't work .feel free to post the '57 ones.(P.S I think we should credit the photographer, Its polite if nothing else)

Hi Martin,
You need to put the url for the picture in between the [img] tags .... [img]...image url here...[/img]
Just had another look and I'm not so sure it is a T70 , maybe a Mclaren Elva but the exhausts are throwing me a bit , I expect Roger will be able to tell us .
I'd never seen or heard of that 57 before , wonder if it might have belonged to a US Serviceman posted here
Trying to make out what that is in the Gordon Keeble picture with the Mk1 Cortina back lights , nice reg on it BELL 13 ELL
Cheers,
Ron

here's the full story guys.............
Nick to the rescue ...again
That's fantastic Nick what a memory you must have , mind you they say your long term memory improves as we get older
Thanks for the info.
McLaren Elva it looks like, M1A or M1B , 68 built so not uncommon back then. It looks like its road registered so maybe that would account for the different exhaust. I didn't know this, just happen to have a copy of "McLaren - All the Cars" to hand.
Re. 13 ELL ,custom mini van/estate ?
