Hi, Posting this for a friend who is building a Rover engined Pop (V8 naturally) and one of you guys must have done this combo before!
We need to know the best brake master cylinder bore etc. to work with the following
E-type Jag back axle with inboard sold discs (standard callipers etc.)...
I got a set of steels for my Mustang and the centre bores are too small, is it possible to get them milled out, it's not out by a massive amount but enough to stop the wheel from fitting. If this is possible can anyone do it for me?
ive got 2 sets of steel 14" ford 5 stud 4.5 pcd x7"wide rims here 1 set came from a 65/66 mustang and others from a mid 50s galaxie 500 .they all fit the front of my consul mk2 ok but not the rear as the center bore of the wheels is to small .ford consul rims are...

If it helps anyone... The system is a 3" bore, each bank a separate system (no cross over, balance etc) and is bassically a 3" stainless pipe from the header with a kick-up over the trans mounts into a resonator box (steel) and then a thrush muffler (ooer missus). exhausts in front of the rear...
