Any Snap On men on here? I need a ratchet repair kit for a 3/8th torque wrench and can't fathom it out on their web site.

Both my rachets have finally worn out.ie,won't rachet.Have seen two snap on vans and was told tough !!!!. Emailed Snap On UK to be told lifetime guarantee exludes any moving parts. WTF.............. didn't say that when i bought them. Anyone else had this problem ?
