In the "shed of dread" lurks a pair of 14-inch steels. They are shod with 175R14 tyres, so I'm guessing they will be 5x14 or 5.5x14.
The PCD is 4x4.5-in - and as far memory serves they are from an early 6-cylinder Mustang. They do look like 60s UK Ford wheels in that they have four cooling slots as per stock Anglias / Cortinas and the hubcap mounting is three lugs as per the Anglia / Cortina.
Can anyone confirm if the early Mustang 6-cylinder cars were indeed 4x4.5 PCD and if so what the rim width was?
Thanks
Rich G.
