-it is a 9.3/8
-you need to nibble a bit off any 9 inch case, i think thats only if you use the massive ring gears.

the diff itself has to be a 3.25 bearing one, as the bearings width changes, as they are bigger
-also the pinion bearing is the heavy duty one.

plus you get the stock casting ribs for strength.
it has the bearing caps, but is missing one diff cap bolt
and one tang and bolt for the threaded side widgets, which are there
