I got something called PC power speed system optimizer come on my task bar .. is it safe to delete please?
Best to ask before I delete .. computer query

.might want to run malwarebytes as a majority of these kinds of programs add other crap on your system.
can run msconfig and stop certain processes but be mindful if you dont know what you are doing to stop something that you require to keep the computer running in the 1st place
