Fitted a master cylinder and booster off a toyota surf to my Charger.

Bled all the air out of system, connected vacuum pipe from booster to outlet on intake manifold.

Brakes work, but pedal fluctuates and brakes hold on at low revs, fitted a non return valve but hasnt made much difference.

Should i fit a seperate vac can?

ideas?

None!

Sorry mate, I got a kit form Danchuk for my '55 and it all worked. Have you contacted the Toyota garage for any ideas? I called the rover garage when I had a 3.5 in my Granada for help. They were very professional. Try them!

First thing is the bore of theToyota m/c anywhere near the right size for your set up ? I woudl have thought you'd end up with a long pedal and that may be the reason for the stickig as it's operating outside its design .

What bore are you calipers / slaev cylinders and the Toyota m/c?
