Hi folks I'm going to order these direct fitment LED indicators as a part of my lighting upgrade, does anybody know what the silver bit is on the end of the wires??

Never wired /used LED lighting before

that plugs into the bulb holder on the factory light unit just as a bulb would. the led bit replaces the factory lens but is still powered by the stock bulb holder.
