Double pumper is not so clever on a heavyweight automatic with low numerical axle ratio - unless you can exercise significant restraint on your right foot!!!!!!! - size otherwise is fine - as has been said - check out primary jetting.I need some advice on carb size.
I run a 455 Olds engine all standard apart from an Edelbrock performer inlet and headers.
My question is will a Holley 650 double pumper be too big to run the engine just for everyday use?
