Hi, Thanks for that its useful to know. It would have gone behind my 460 but I have a 1969 so had to get one with the larger crank pilot to suit.

i know the problem, i have an fe for my race car. it'll have a 'temporary' mild motor to start with so i got a mild convertor and chose the small pilot size as it'll be easier to sell when i build my 'race' motor (it'll fit small block and 385 series which are more common) and upgrade the convertor then. i'll just turn up a spacer ring for this one to suit. i'm surprised you don't do the same and keep this convertor.
