I'm thinking over the winter getting my transit recovery truck in the workshop , and fitting a 2.9 boa cosworth engine probably with auto box , and tarting the old girl up lick of paint , now to need to put the mopar on the back and a little caravan .
So the question is has anyone else done this ,? How easy was it how good at going up hills was it ?
Thought I would ask here as there are a lot of people on here that's like to make things faster and better.
Cheers all Dazza

They fit Mk1 transit like they grew there, I sold a pair of heads to a guy in Sunderland who had done it. Totally standard even down to the wheels, great sleeper, BOA and BOB V6 only came with an auto box. Costly to replace the timing chain and gasket sets is its only downfall. Top Boss Performance are the company to speak to. Great engine when on song, but the BOA timing chain is knocking 6 feet end to end and is unreliable
