Hi guys, I'm self-employed in the above field, and work's a bit thin on the ground at the mo even though I'm advertising quite extensively. I am South East London based and very good at what I do, lost a lot of my work contacts as I was property developing for a few years prior to the economy nose-diving, so have money tied up in a couple of houses I currently rent and need to 'get back on the tools'.
