Can the lower coilover bolts bo wound into threaded bar or have they got to have a lock nut on them,if the later how thick has the steel on the axle bracket/ie the part where the bolt passes through and sits on,hope this is understandable

Errr, no. Can you post a picture of what you are thinking of old chap?

do you mean can you thread the coilover bracket then bolt straight into it? if so it depends how thick the bracket is really. a locknut on the back isn't a bad thing though.

yep, how thick would you reccomend as i was going to weld a piece between the four bar brackets and dril and tap the mount holes
