Is it all flat glass?
Are you using a windscreen frame or are you using rubber to body and glass? Is vehicle already registered as this will make a difference .
If using a frame just get frame to fit aperture and the cut the glass to the size of frame minus the thickness of the frame and another 2-3mm to allow for slight miscue .
To make Door glass I fit all flock channels in door sides and top measure the space that glass is going in and cut a 6mm thick wooden template to that and play until I'm happy .
If vehicle isn't registered its easiest to use landrover defender screens as they have all the correct E numbers and specs in lower corner . Opening door glass is best cut then taking to a local glass company to polish edges .
Hope this helps
