Just a long shot
Who sold me this car in Miami summer 1980 :?:
I had a good time with this car and did a good few miles in it :tup:
It was a bit rough but I thought it was a bargin $50
about £20 at the time
I used it for 2 months
Slept in it a few nights
and just took the plate off it
and left it in a field in S Carolina
I still have the plate :shake:
The person used to go to Heston services in the mid 1970s
and I just happen to meet him in Miami.

man it was rough
Big scrape down one side
some of the windows would not shut
when I first got it every few days it would
run out of brake fluid so no brakes :shock:
I just had to put on a flexy hose and it was ok
it ran a bit rough till I filled it up with diesel
at Daytona beach one morning after sleeping in it
so got towed in sorted out and a free tune up
it was a big block I believe :tup:
