Has anyone got a tryed and tested way of painting the edge black with a etch of some sort and bonding perspex windows in

Yes use the correct product to fit it , speak to an agricultural glazing company

i have used a product made by ALPHA seals its ment to be for perspex and its s##t cost more than the windows and soon as the car is out in the sun it pops off

I bonded mine in with silkaflex.

Still in, slight leak on a side window but the back one still fine even with a curve on it.

Wet n dry the edges, t cut and it's like glass.

Or flame polish the edges like the pros do.
