A dear friend of mine since passed could somehow patch up a damaged plastic lense, door knob whatever, take a mould from it and cast a new one in clear or any colour you like. Anyone on here able to do this, know of anyone that can, or explain how to do it, materials needed etc so I could have a go myself. I have a pair of art deco era indicator lenses that are in a fragile condition, useable but if I could have them 're-created'..I have never seen another pair like them so doubt replacements would ever be found.
