I,m wanting to plumb in my power steering pipes.

Now I am using a capri power rack with a remote astra electo/hydraulic pump, none of this is engine driven, so in theory the steering rack body shouldn't move and the remote pump is mounted to the inner wing and as such shouldn't move.

So my question is, is it feasible to totally hard line the power steering high pressure pipes?

Your thoughts please?

Cheers:tup:

no it will fracture the pipes,a short flexible at both ends cures the problem, the pumping action on the high pressure side causes movement.
