1 x pair of 13" trims rings and caps to fit Herald wheels. (even possibly 13" moon discs...)

1 x pair of 'interesting' sidelights to be used as indicators (gave all mine away ). Bullets, rockets whatever, wing top mount please.

1 x pair of 120mm gauges (speedo + revcounter/aux ones). Preferably 'pretty' ones, not minginging black ones...!!

1 x grommit thingy that holds an Essex throttle bar into the carb.

1 x pair of mk11 Escort rear brake cylinders + shoes.

1 x pair of good or rebuildable Herald calipers + pads.

1 x pair of very short silencers/supertraps/baffles (although I could make my own...!!!)

Must be fairly cheap, as we are skint!!!

:sniff:

Guy,

I've got a complete used exhaust system from a 2.8 capri that you can have if its any use. Not looked at it for a long time but I seem to remember one side was fairly new.

If your interested I'll have a look, if not I'll leave it buried under the rest of the junk I've got.

If you can, find somewhere to fit just the 2.8 front boxes as an Essex sounds right proper smart through them, they're a bit bulky but would be worth it I reckon.

Al, have a look at the videos/pics again, they have gotta fit behind the front wheels, but will exit through the rear of the front wings... :beuj:
There is nowhere else for them to go as the chassis is in the way, along with the brake pedal/servo, unless I take it across the car and go into a single...

Essex's like a bit of backpressure, circuit racing Capris usually have a single tailpipe, they sound pretty smart through a single Turbo type muffler at the rear of a two into one system, a Flowmaster would sound best but a bit expensive.

Steve they sound like they will fit where I want them to go...

Question is, would you rather try to get rid of the whole lot in one hit, or can I have the boxes of you???

Are they get offable without damaging the rest of the system???

If so, and they are no good for the Pop, you can have them back and you have a whole system to get rid of...???

They come with a couple of feet of pipe attached so you can chop them about to suit.

I'll try and drop them off sometime this week, either at your work or home depending where I am during the day.
