I have on file here pretty much every casting number thats available for USA built engines & parts.

Blocks, heads, cranks, intakes, rods, water pumps ......
Chevy, pontiac, amc, ford car / truck, buick, caddy, chrysler, flathead, GMC, rover, holley, 9" fords, muncie & lots of tech.

The casting numbers would be handy at a swap meet or if your buying a cut out or used engine / part. It seems a shame just having it all sitting on my computer when it can be shared out. I printed it all out for USAutomotive a few years back & it covered almost 200 A4 pages so there is a fair bit of info there.

They would be better on a web site than a series of broken up posts on here as there is a 15,000 character limit for each post oN R&S & some lists are bigger that that (unless that could be temp got around?)

I know there are websites out there with similar info but they all seem to be marque specific. This would cover as many casting numbers as possible regardless of which factory built it.

How do I start / open a simple website displaying this info?

If you want to send it over I can build it into RnS as a searchable reference database ?
I.e search by casting number, part type, date range etc. all depends on the format of the info really.

Ok Simon. It's probably better just to put it up as is i.e. Ford cylinder head casting numbers & let the viewer find the one they are looking for in the list.
pm me an email I can send it to. It may be a few emails as there is a lot of info.

Christ you must get bored Adam. Get outside and do some work on one of the motors you've got.
