i insured my hotrod with these, i got questions like is it lowered, has it got different suspension, my reply is it's a fully built hotrod, these people ain't got a clue, anyway i decided to carry on , in the end i decided to cancel within the cool off period, and was told it would cost me £45 (for 4 days insurance) ok i excepted that, you will receive you refund WITHIN 14 days , 14 days have gone and still no refund, my advise use classicline insurance , no messing and don't rip you off

I like classicline, little things like a reminder message before bank holiday weekends and other big classic car calender events of the claimsline and breakdown numbers shows a bit of customer care.
Good price and no issues or extras with me using my vehicles for travel back and to my place of work.

We are all nsra members and was told Classicline are looking after the members.3 years ago they messed up my eldest daughters insurance and said they would look after her next year, that never happened!! Next they insured the wrong vehicle on the policy and we had a court summons through, turned out someone in the Classicline office hit the wrong button and put wrong registration down,no real apologies of refunds for loss of earnings where we had to go to court for the day to sort their mistake out!
Finally this year for the second year running my youngest daughters premium came right down in price from Brentacre, well done and thank you.so today I contacted Classicline again for my eldest daughters insurance and the price had gone up,I was totally shocked so I thought I would contact Brentacre again, they come up trumps again, premium was under half the price, what the hell is going on? I would recommend Brentacre to anybody!!

Was with Classicline for years. Had two breakdowns and the Recovery company argued the toss with me on both occasions. The first time I broke down in the middle lane of the M25 with no hazards (dead alternator) which was scary enough. Was then on the phone to the idiot woman who couldn’t find any records of us. Luckily an AA guy randomly stopped and saved us.
The second time again arguing with me and told me she couldn’t do anything as it was a Saturday and ClassicLine wasn’t open for them to check! Utter twats.
