Wheels have always been a fashion/trend statement on rods and sometimes you could tell exactly when a car was built/revamped just by the wheels. (wolfies, wires, 5 spokes, centerlines, steels with moon caps etc). Anyone got pics of cars with appliance or craiger spoked wheels? These rods always seemed to be the best quality, especially as the wheels often cost more than the original car. I can remember Alcablown, small fry, Belchers beer truck, stagecoach, loads of T's, and Ray Christophers creations and several pops. Photos anyone?

I know its not a rod, but it was my ride, I put real wires, tru-spokes, on my 86 caddy.

Ford Pop ..

Heres some pics of a Pop I had for a short while early 80's . Sold on locally and never seen since .
Ran knock on wires on the front and 10 by 15 wires on the rear very unusual set up .

Where did it go to ?

Mine, circa '85 I believe. Originally sat on Wolfies when built, currently running wires but likely to change in the near future...
