Snapped at the Rythm Riot last weekend. MOT'd just a few days before the event. Not my style but amazing nevertheless. 20" rims. air bags, suicide doors, custom bumpers etc etc. George Barris was impressed and so was just about everyone else there! Well done Paul & co. Great workmanship. Owner from Eire who lives in Cyprus apparently, so it should blow them away over there!

And well deserved too Paul. It was good to see Georges face when he saw that an English creation can take on the top American kustoms.

It was a rather surreal moment following George sat on top of the Batmobile driving through Rye on his 86th Birthday. So chuffed you got the award and so good to see George get such a warm welcome too!

Thanks a lot Mick. But the best thing I got out of this weekend was the realisation of what a top bloke George is. It can be heartbreaking to meet a hero and have one's illusions shattered but happily this was not the case with Mr Barris. A charming and entertaining larger-than-life character who fully deserves his iconic status. Many thanks to Robin and the crew for bringing him across the pond.

If we are going to be pedantic you are all wrong as it is an M series Mercury truck,
probably an M-47 !

Saw this back in August at the NASC nationals where it won a top ten award. It's as clean inside as it is outside.
According to November CC it's a 48 Mercury.
