At the moment I'm really feeling 1930's style rods. Have an early T built like they were way back when:

It's got a 1926 engine with .030" overbore, aluminum pistons and lightened flywheel.

Here's a video of it running:

Damn I love the sound of old engines

There's a thread on the HAMB about it here

That looks so evil , I think it's the roof that makes it all work though ?
Adding the pic to my 'reference pile as well, cheers Jonny

hmm
don,t actually look that 30,s to me.
the skinny wheels and engine mods are spot on but the club plague and dropped headlights look later to me and that heavy top chop looks
sooo 70,s?.
maybe a later update of an old flyver?.
lose the roof, screen and headlights and you would have the look of a real old "cut down".

to be honest i will be more than happy to be proven wrong though as "period correct" isnt the most important thing to me and it is a very different and great looking rod.
30,s street rod? who cares
love it.

PS bigyellataxi
the T,s screen on your pop ? YES!

It's a new build and the guy was 23 when he built it last year. I reckon that's a pretty good effort!
