Paul, I think they only make them for straight hole application. I read somewhere that for staggard hole applications you need to drill and tap one hole...not sure if I like that idea.

Hello Paul... load your stater with 1 bolt.. to block , square it up to edge of block @ rear... tighten bolt good... now take 5/16 dia drill use starter bolt hole as guide.... drill right through flange in block... take 3/8 NC tap tap hole you just drilled... blow out hole ,,, load new bolt... job done...
Done this 100's of times with GM blocks not drilled for straight bolt pattern
YES the do sell staggerdd mini's BUT THERE PRICEY.... not needed
